My daughter Daphne graduated early from Huntsville HIgh, started cosmetology school last November, and is now "on the floor", ready to provide hair care and  manicures/pedicures  at prices that are substantially lower than what you would pay at a salon.

Her goal is to have at least 2 scheduled appointments a day. If she can do that then she can move up through the ranks and graduate at the highest level after 32 more weeks. She just finished her first eight weeks, called "foundations", with flying colors.  Her ultimate goal is to do hair and makeup for theatre, print and motion pictures, and getting her cosmetology license is the first step.   

THE SALON PROFESSIONAL ACADEMY is a Redkin school, and a feeder school for the top salons in Huntsville. The students have a good reputation in the salon and beauty community, and salons look forward to adding them to their staff once they have graduated. Daphne found out about the school from her hairdresser at Salon Katera. They also sell Redkin products at the school. I have been using them for about a year and have been really happy with them. 

THE SALON PROFESSIONAL ACADEMY  is located at 4925 University Drive, at Wynn. Their number is 256-721-6772. They take appointments Tuesday through Saturday.
