Members present: Kurt Bothwell, Bob Crook, Steve Fair, Don Masterson, Jan Miller, MaryLynn Perry, Nancy Robertson, Earle Self, Kyle Siegrist, Liz Thornton and Greg Wright.
The meeting was called to order by Kurt Bothwell. Kurt told about a new City of Huntsville Civic Association which is composed of many Civic Associations throughout the city. He suggested the new MSCA Board check into joining it.
Greg Wright moved that last month's Minutes be approved. Earle Self seconded. Motion passed.
The 2011 officers are as follows:

President MaryLynn Perry asked the Board members to answer emails by the Reply All
key so everyone is aware of the contents in the emails.
The Board discussed a By-laws review in the future with the possibility of changing the duties of the Historian as well as other changes in the By-laws.
The Board suggested Kyle Siegrist put each month's Minutes on the MSCA webpage.
Greg Wright reported a mistake in the placement of The Little Green Store's directory ad. He will check with Anna Byrne to see how she would like to resolve the issue before distributing the new directories.
MaryLynn suggested having a wine tasting/new member party possibly on Sunday, April 3. This idea will be discussed at the next meeting.
Bob Crook suggested new MSCA members get a packet or card as a thank you for joining the association and new Monte Sano residents receive a welcome packet introducing them to mountain activities including the MSCA.
Board meetings will be held monthly on the 3rd Monday at 7:00 p.m. Members will be notified in advance by email.
The Spring Potluck will be held on Tuesday, April 26. Liz Thornton will check on availability at the Lodge and into road signs advertising the event.
