The meeting was called to order by President MaryLynn Perry at the Monte Sano Lodge.
Nancy Robertson moved that last month’s Minutes be approved. Don Masterson seconded. Motion passed. A copy is filed in the Minutes notebook.
Greg Wright reported an increase of 75 members primarily due to the sale of directories at The Little Green Store.
Bob Crook will ask his daughter if she can design new bumper stickers for the cars of Monte Sano residents.
Jan Miller reported the truck from the St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store will be at The Little Green Store from 12:00-2:00 p.m. following the mountain wide garage sale on May 7. The thrift store has asked that all items be in containers or bags so they don’t get broken in the truck. Kyle Siegrist will include the request on the website, and Mary Lynn will post it on Facebook.
MaryLynn will contact Treasurer Bob Crook to pay the $25 application fee associated with the National Wildlife Certification.
The Monte Sano Pool Association has invited the Monte Sano Civic Association to enjoy the pool on Memorial Day weekend at no charge.
The MSCA Board Adopt-A-Mile Cleanup will be Saturday, April 23 at 10:00 a.m.
Treasurer Bob Crook distributed the Treasurer’s report.
The Board agreed to meet at the Lodge at 5:30 p.m. to finalize setup for the potluck dinner which will be held on Tuesday, April 19.
Soos Weber will hold a Backyard Wildlife Habitat Workshop featuring Naturalist Herb Lewis on Thursday, April 21 at the Lodge and a second workshop on Thursday, April 26.
