Pavilion

groupkids3A Club member may reserve the pavilion for a party or other special event. This gives the member exclusive use of the pavilion and shared use of the Club facilities. To reserve the pavilion, contact at Brian Hunt at hunt426@gmail.com or at 256-337-0232.

 

Rules

  • The member is responsible for the behavior of guests, clean-up, and any property damage caused by guests.
  • The member must submit a pavilion rental contract, $25.00 reservation fee and $150.00 security deposit. The deposit is refundable less damages, cleaning fees, after hour charges and guest fees.
  • The member must provide the guest list to Club manager before the event. This list will be used to create a sign-in sheet. The member will be charged $2.00 for each non-member guest. Fees are due at the close of the party and should be given to the head lifeguard on duty.
  • Rental Rates: the first 2 hours are free, and then $25.00 per hour thereafter until the end of normal Club hours. Then $50.00 per hour after normal Club hours.
  • Events with fewer than 50 guests require at least 10 days advanced notice. Events with 50 or more guests require at least two weeks advance notice. Security guard fees and additional lifeguard fees will apply.
  • The member must arrive early to check the condition of the pavilion with the Club manager on duty. Also, the member must check the condition of the pavilion with Club manager after the event. Failing to follow these procedures could result in cleaning fees charged against the deposit.
  • On Fridays and Saturdays, music must end by 11:00 PM, and the Club facility must be cleared by 12:00 Midnight. For Sunday-Thursday events, music must end by 9:00 PM and the Club facility cleared by 10:30 PM.
  • The member must be present during the entire event.
  • An alcohol policy must be signed by the member
