Full Members

Members of the Monte Sano Club own equity in the Club. A member can attend meetings of the Club, vote on issues before the Club, and can serve on the Board of Directors. Or course, members have full right to use the facilities of the club.
The annual dues are determined each year by the Board of Directors. Dues are due on March 1, and are delinquent after March 31. A late fee, determined by the Board of Directors, must be paid after March 31.  Dues for the 2010 season are $450.  The late fee will remain $50.
A member of the Monte Sano Club can sell (or give) the membership to someone else. The cost of the membership is decided by the seller and the buyer. However, the Board of Directors must approve the transfer, and a transfer fee of $125 must be paid to the Club. The membership application can be downloaded below:

The Club maintains a list of interested buyers and sellers as well as recent purchase prices for memberships.  Contact the Membership Chair if you are interested in buying or selling a membership.
The Club currently is at full membership with 38 people on the waiting list.
