Welcome to the web site of the Monte Sano Club. Founded in 1962, the Monte Sano Club is a private corporation with approximately 100 acres on beautiful Monte Sano Mountain. The facilities of the club include an Olympic-size pool, a baby pool, tennis courts, picnic areas, and much more.

Back by popular demand this year, Monte Sano’s American Pie Contest…Not only will there be celebrities on the judge’s panel, but ribbons will also be awarded to the winners. There are two divisions – 15 & under / 16-adult and two categories – Presentation or Taste. Pies need to be delivered to the pavilion by 9:30am with a $5.00 entry fee. Judging will begin at 10:00am.
This is where the fun begins...The famous Monte Sano Bike Parade will begin at 1pm. Participants will ride their decorated bikes from the front gate, down the new ramp, around the pool, and out the side gate.
1:30--All games (times to be announced): Orange Pass, Water balloon toss, 3 legged race, sack race
Once again the children are invited to sell their artistic creations during the celebration… The new location will be to the right of the entry gate with lots of shade for the artists. Participants need to bring their own table, chairs, and smiles.
Pizza, Pizza, Pizza from Little Caesar’s will be available to purchase by the slice in the pavilion for $1.00 beginning at 11:30am. Delicious pulled pork BBQ sandwiches will be sold in the pavilion from 4:30-6:30pm for $3.00. Pulled Pork Sandwich plate with chips and slaw will be sold for $5.00.
Come enjoy the tunes of The Lost Troubadours at 4pm and Snake Doctors at 7pm. The grassy area on the bluff will be a perfect spot to dance the night away.
John Allen is putting together an exhibit honoring Lowell Anderson, the founder of the Monte Sano Club. Please take time during the 4th of July festivities to view this exhibit.
